How to activate my institutional membership - I am part of a hospital, department, NHS trust, or cancer alliance who arranged an account for me.

Learn how to activate your user account on my.gynaia.com to access your IOTA Training, Certification, webinars, the ADNEX app, and other member benefits.

Institutional vs. Individual membership

The IOTA-Gynaia membership programs (Ovarian, Uterine, and Early Pregnancy ) can be joined either as an individual member or as part of an institutional membership.

If you’re joining through a hospital, gynecology department, an NHS Cancer Alliance or Trust, or practice, you have an institutional membership. In this case, your account has already been arranged for you. All you need to do is activate it.

Important

We no longer use iotaplus.org for access to training and certification. If in the past you received an activation code (it looks like B6J1TAYEB4ITPDQHXY), that was part of the old system — you can safely ignore it.

We’ve made it much simpler now: all member benefits and activities are available through the my.gynaia.com portal, and your account is already set up, waiting for activation.

Step-by-Step Activation

  1. Go to https://my.gynaia.com/activate-user

  2. Type in your email address (example shown below)

    ⚠️ Note: many people have more than one e-mail address (work vs. personal, aliases). Use the email your manager or trust registered with us. If unsure, ask your manager or contact support@gynaia.com to confirm it.

  3. Click Send Activation Email

  4. You’ll receive an email confirming your address — open it and click the link inside

  5. You’ll be redirected to a page to set your password

  6. You now have access to my.gynaia.com (screenshot shown below)

After Activation

You can log in anytime at my.gynaia.com.

Inside the portal, you’ll find:

  • Your current and future memberships (e.g. Ovarian, Uterine, ...)

  • Your certification courses, your progress, and completions. The courses are clickable and take you to our Learning Management System. There, you'll find lectures, interviews, case examples, quizzes, and much more. 

  • Events and Webinars you have signed up for. One of the membership benefits is access to case stream webinars at no cost.

  • Access to the ADNEX app. The app works on phones, tablets, and on your computer.
